Hormone-Smart High-Protein Dessert Snacks (GF, <5g sugar, ~200 cal)
Sweet treat before bed… yes please! Okay, maybe not right before bed - we know our microbiome loves time to rest as much as our body, buuuuut majority of my clients enjoy a little something sweet after dinner just as much as I do. So here are some ideas for you that are slow releasing, protein-rich, and sweet to curb those evening cravings! Enjoy xo
- Protein Yoghurt Mousse
– ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt + ½ scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder + cinnamon
→ ~22g protein | ~190 cal | ~4g sugar - Chocolate Collagen Pudding
– 1 scoop chocolate collagen + 2 tbsp coconut cream + water or almond milk to thicken
→ ~18g protein | ~200 cal | ~2g sugar - Frozen Protein Yogurt Bark
– ½ cup Greek yogurt + ½ scoop protein + cinnamon + a few crushed walnuts, frozen into shards
→ ~20g protein | ~190 cal | ~3g sugar - Protein Hot Chocolate
– 1 scoop chocolate protein powder + 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, frothed and heated
→ ~20g protein | ~160 cal | ~1g sugar - Vanilla Almond Protein Chia Pudding
– 1 tbsp chia seeds + ½ scoop vanilla protein + ½ cup almond milk + pinch cinnamon (let set overnight)
→ ~17g protein | ~180 cal | ~2g sugar - Coconut Protein Balls (Low Sugar)
– Made with almond flour, coconut, protein powder, almond butter & monk fruit (1–2 small balls)
→ ~16g protein | ~190 cal | ~2g sugar - Strawberries + Protein Yogurt Dip
– 4–5 strawberries + dip made from ½ cup Greek yogurt + ½ scoop vanilla protein

– 1 tbsp almond butter + 1 tbsp ground flax + ½ scoop protein + pinch of cinnamon (microwave 20 sec)

– 4 slices of banana + protein-yogurt dip, frozen (use collagen or whey)
→ ~16g protein | ~190 cal | ~4g sugar - Mini Protein Mug Cake
– ½ scoop protein + 1 tbsp almond flour + 1 tsp cocoa + almond milk (microwave 30–40 sec)
→ ~18g protein | ~190 cal | ~3g sugar - Chocolate Avocado Protein Whip
– ¼ ripe avocado + ½ scoop chocolate protein + almond milk, whipped smooth
→ ~17g protein | ~200 cal | ~2g sugar - Coconut Cream & Berries Protein Bowl
– 2 tbsp coconut cream + ½ scoop vanilla protein + cinnamon + a few raspberries
→ ~15g protein | ~180 cal | ~3g sugar - Protein Cashew Cream with Cinnamon
– 2 tbsp soaked cashews blended with ½ scoop vanilla protein + almond milk + cinnamon
