Ingredients:
- 8–12 oz hot brewed coffee

- 1 tsp–1 tbsp MCT oil (start with 1 tsp if sensitive)
- 3–5 g creatine monohydrate (standard daily dose)
- Splash of cream or non-dairy milk (optional)
- Cinnamon or vanilla extract (optional for flavor)
Method:
- Prepare your coffee and pour it into a large mug. Hot coffee helps dissolve the collagen and creatine smoothly, so it’s ideal to add everything while the coffee is still steaming.
- Add the collagen, creatine, and MCT oil directly into the hot coffee. If using cinnamon or vanilla, add it here as well. Make sure everything is added before whisking or frothing so the texture comes out creamy instead of separated.
- Whisk the mixture for 10–20 seconds (or use a handheld frother) until the coffee becomes silky and slightly frothy. This is important because it emulsifies the MCT oil so the drink feels creamy instead of oily. Pour into your mug if blended separately, add a splash of cream or milk if desired, and enjoy warm.
