HOW TO CLEAR RESISTANCE AND CREATE RESULTS

If you’ve ever felt stuck between what you say you want and what keeps showing up in your life instead, this is the missing piece.
Whether it’s better health, more wealth, aligned relationships, or simply feeling grounded in your body again… the gap between desire and reality often has nothing to do with how hard you're working. It has everything to do with what's happening in your mind.
Your thoughts are either allowing abundance or blocking it, there’s no neutral.
Desire – Resistance = Results
The most overlooked part of goal-setting isn’t strategy. It’s subconscious resistance. Your desire can be crystal clear, but if your underlying beliefs say it’s not possible, safe, or realistic and as a result, your nervous system hits the brakes.
That resistance shows up as:
- Doubts like “I’ve always failed before”
- Stories like “It’s too hard to lose weight” or “There are no good men left”
- Scarcity patterns picked up from your environment (think: money fears, burnout culture, toxic diet talk)
When you’re unknowingly swimming in these beliefs, it’s no wonder your goals feel like uphill battles.
How to Flip the Script (and find the truth)
Here’s a simple process to get started:
- Get clear on what you want: Not what you should want—what you truly desire.
- Identify the resistance: What thoughts or emotions come up when you imagine having it?
- Flip the belief: If the thought feels heavy, it’s not the truth. The truth feels light, freeing, and aligned.
- Find evidence: Where in your life (or someone else’s) has the opposite already been true?
Your brain is wired to believe what it sees repeated, and nothing rewires your mindset faster than showing it proof.
Mindset shifts without evidence rarely stick. Truth is what feels good and what’s been true before.
Detach From the How and Anchor in the Feeling
You don’t have to micromanage the path. Obsessing over how something will happen often creates more resistance.
Instead, anchor into the feeling behind your desire:
- Freedom
- Love
- Energy
- Confidence
Ask: How can I feel more of this now? The more you embody the emotion, the faster the experience aligns with it.

Review it often. These tiny mindset shifts will help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and calm, even when things aren’t happening “fast enough.”
