MATCHA MINT MOJITO MOCKTAIL RECIPE

Refreshing, energizing, and alcohol-free—this green twist on a classic mojito is the perfect pick-me-up.

Ingredients:
- 1 tsp high-quality matcha powder
- Juice of 1 fresh lime (about 2 tablespoons)
- 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
- 6–8 fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish
- 1 cup cold water (still or sparkling)
- Ice cubes
Optional:
- Lime wedges, for garnish
- A splash of club soda for extra fizz
Method:
- In a small glass or shaker, whisk the matcha powder with lime juice and honey until smooth. This helps dissolve the matcha and evenly blend the flavors.
- Lightly muddle the mint leaves in the bottom of a serving glass to release their oils—be gentle, you don’t want to shred them.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes, then pour in the matcha mixture.
- Top with cold water (or sparkling water if using) and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with extra mint leaves and a lime wedge.
