🍉 Watermelon → naturally rich in vitamin C and the amino acid citrulline, which supports healthy blood flow and circulation + water for optimal hydration
🍋 Lime → packed with vitamin C to support collagen production and immune health + potassium for electrolyte balance
🥒 Cucumber → for hydration and a little hit of vitamin K for your bone health

Ingredients:
- ½ cup fresh watermelon, blended
- Juice of 1–2 limes (depending on how tart you like it)
- 3–4 slices cucumber
- 1 tsp pickled jalapeño brine (add more if you like it spicy)
- 1 scoop unflavoured collagen peptides
- 3–5 g creatine monohydrate
- Pinch of flaky sea salt
- Ice
- Top with 150–200 mL sparkling mineral water
Rim:
- Flaky sea salt
- Lime zest
- Tajín (optional)
Garnish: Lime wheel
Method:
- Blend the watermelon until smooth (strain if you want a smoother finish).
- Muddle the cucumber gently with the lime juice.
- Add the watermelon juice, jalapeño brine, collagen, creatine and sea salt. Shake well with ice until everything is chilled.
- Pour into a salt-rimmed glass over fresh ice.
- Top with sparkling mineral water and garnish.
