Payment Terms:

We have agreed on a monthly membership fee of of $100 USD for a minimum of 12 weeks, after which this membership fee will continue until cancelled by the client. A 4 week written notice is required to cancel your rolling enrollment after the initial commitment period.

In agreement to your coaching programme and payment set up, you agree to pay us in accordance with the Payment Plan chosen plus any applicable Default Fees if any Installment Payment is not received.

You unconditionally and irrevocably agree that we are entitled to charge your Card in accordance with the Payment Plan including any Default Fee. You agree to pay the full amount on or before the date due in accordance with the Payment Plan. If payment is not made by due date, a late fee of $15/day will be added to the total monthly due.

You are liable for any fees or costs that your bank may charge you for arising out of us taking any payment or attempting to take any payment from your Card in accordance with the Installment Plan.

Refund Policy:

Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after the purchase has been made, and all digital products from Sheree Hannah Wellness are non-refundable or exchangeable. There is a strict no refund policy for this purchase.

Program Terms:

To constantly bring you the most up to date knowledge and experience in order to guide you towards your optimal health and well-being, adapt our sessions to suit you and your rate of progression, and customise the protocols, supplements and recommendations as needed to best support you.

To conduct coaching sessions at the agreed time and make up for any sessions lost as a result of our oversights or mistakes.

To show up from a place of love, respect and service, and maintain a space where you feel comfortable to be open and honest in communication. Knowing that is safe to share anything you need or want to. I promise to keep everything we speak about strictly confidential.

As a valued client you agree to the following:

To maintain contact and a payment schedule for the duration of our contract. As a coach I will be here to support and keep you accountable and motivated during our months together.

To maintain communication with your coach throughout the course of our time together, to show up completely with an all-in attitude, and be willing to show up and put in the work so our time together is maximised. Any worries, issues, feedback or concern are to be voiced to your coach so I can remedy it in the best way possible.

FLO Lifting Club

FLO Lifting Club is where training becomes something you return to, not something you have to force. It’s an environment designed for women who want to move with intention, build real strength, and stay consistent. Not through pressure or perfection, but through structure, awareness, and self-respect.

It brings together intelligent programming, female-informed training, and a level of accountability that supports you to show up properly, without it becoming all-consuming. This is where strength becomes part of how you live, not just something you dip in and out of.


What You Can Expect

Inside FLC, you’ll follow a structured strength training program designed to help you build strength, improve performance, and create consistency over time.

Programs run in 8-week blocks, giving you clear progression rather than random workouts, so you know exactly what you’re doing each week and why.

Training is designed for gym-based lifting (or a well-equipped home gym setup), with options to follow either:

  • upper/lower splits, or
  • full body training

Depending on your level and schedule.


Training That Works With Your Body

Your training follows a progressive structure focused on strength, performance, and long-term results.

For women with a menstrual cycle, you’ll also be guided on how to adjust your training across different phases, helping you understand when to push, when to pull back, and how to work with your body without overcomplicating things.

This is guidance, not restriction — the program remains structured, with flexibility where needed.
